In Terminal of Containers of Yucatan we are commited that the service of load and unloading (maneuvers) of containers is made within the time of scheduled staying, taking really good care of the load integrity, fulfilling the plan of load and unloading, thus being able to fulfill and to surpass the expectations and requirements of our clients, all this through our System of Quality Management ISO 9001:2000 and continuous improvement.
To assure the fulfillment of our Quality Policy, We at TCY have set to ourselves the following Quality Objectives, that are the goals to fulfill in short and medium term:
- Maintain and surpass the rate of unloading of 25 containers per hour
- Increase the TEÚs in 5 % annually comparing to each previous year
- Fulfill the 20 min. Maximun of commited time of reception and delivery of containers
- Fulfill 90% of the programmed general maintenance.
- Maintain to the minimum the displayed events such as: Damages, accidents and operations stopped by machinery failures.
